Sometimes we notice that either hosting or Web Application Firewalls block our servers due to repeated requests to the website.

Even though we spread out the requests among our servers the blocking of IPs can still occur. In this article we will cover how you can whitelist our IPs using Plesk.

Currently the used IPs include:

  • 188.166.38.64
  • 146.190.21.194
  • 178.62.210.68
  • 165.232.87.39
  • 144.76.156.30
  • 45.61.161.114

First Steps

Before we begin, it's important to note that you need to have access to your Plesk account and have administrative privileges in order to follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your Plesk account

The first step is to log in to your Plesk account. To do this, open a web browser and go to the Plesk login page. Enter your username and password, and then click the "Log In" button to access your Plesk account.

Step 2: Access the IP address whitelist

Once you're logged in to your Plesk account, you need to access the IP address whitelist. To do this, click on the "Tools & Settings" option in the left-hand menu, and then click on the "IP Address Banning" option. This will open the IP address banning page.

Step 3: Add the IP addresses you want to whitelist

On the IP address banning page, you will see a list of IP addresses that are currently banned from accessing your website or server. To add the IP addresses you want to whitelist, click on the Trusted IP Addresses tab at the top of the page content.

In the "Add Trusted IP" form that appears, enter the IP addresses you want to whitelist, one at a time.

Step 4: Save your changes

Once you have added the IP addresses you want to whitelist, click the "OK" button to save your changes. The IP addresses you added will now be whitelisted, and they will be able to access your website or server.

In conclusion, whitelisting IP addresses using Plesk is a simple process that can help improve the security of your website or server. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can easily add IP addresses to your whitelist and ensure that only those IP addresses can access your website or server.
