Even though we spread out the requests among our servers the blocking of IPs can still occur. In this article we will cover how you can whitelist our IPs using DirectAdmin.

Before we begin, it's important to note that you need to have access to your DirectAdmin account and have administrative privileges in order to follow these steps.
Step 1: Log in to your DirectAdmin account
The first step is to log in to your DirectAdmin account. To do this, open a web browser and go to the DirectAdmin login page. Enter your username and password, and then click the "Log In" button to access your DirectAdmin account.
Step 2: Access the IP address whitelist
